HAPPY 2025 TO ALL of our clients, partners, and friends. Hope you’ve made your New Year’s resolutions and have kept them so far. At Apprenticely, our 2025 goals are wrapped in ribbons labeled either “MORE,” “BETTER,” or “BOTH.” We continue our emphasis on IT, but the other sectors—Manufacturing, Transportation/Logistics, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Energy—are gaining momentum now in our second full year.

We want all Arkansas employers to be aware of the opportunity and value of using Registered Apprenticeships as a workforce strategy. And we want all Arkansans looking for good jobs and a sustainable career to consider Apprenticely as the means of achieving that for them and their family.

To scale in multiple sectors, we have to get better and more efficient. All processes are under scrutiny for innovation, including automation where possible. In other words, this year we have to use some of the tools we’ve been helping others learn how to use. It’s going to be an exciting 2025!

I also want to put in a pitch for our donor campaign during the first quarter of this year. We have some necessary expenses that aren’t covered by our federal, state, or private grants, and we waited until we had the necessary workforce-building results and outcomes to ask for donations. During this campaign we have a 2 for 1 match for the first $25,000, so please consider Apprenticely as an option for your 2025 giving.
