Explore the Benefits of Our Work-Based
Learning Internship Program
What is Work-Based Learning?
Looking to evaluate talent before making a full-time hire? Apprenticely’s Work-Based-Learning (WBL) Internship Program is a candidate-driven program that offers a flexible way to identify, train, and transition future employees into long-term roles. The program sets candidates up for success by providing them authentic work experiences.
Build Your Team Through Work-Based Learning
Apprenticely’s Work-Based-Learning Internship Program offers a win-win for both the intern and the employer. Internships provide valuable experience to candidates just beginning their careers and low-cost work to employers needing additional talent on their team.
Because Apprenticely covers the intern’s wages (subject to specific guidelines), you receive additional talent at no cost to you. Employers have found success through this program resulting in 90% of interns transitioning into full-time employment. As you enable interns to develop their skills, you’re providing an on-ramp for interns to become full-time, highly productive members of your team. Work-Based-Learning Internships are industry-specific and currently only available in certain sectors.
Your Benefits:
- Wage subsidy up to $7200 for 3 months per intern
- Test drive candidates to see if they’re a good fit for your company before hiring interns as full-time employees.
- Apprenticely project management provided at no cost
