Hire, Train, & Retain Quality Candidates

Finding and retaining skilled manufacturing workers is increasingly difficult—especially for specialized roles. Manufacturing apprenticeship programs offer a proven solution, combining hands-on training with structured learning to build job-ready talent.

Employers use apprenticeships to train new hires and upskill existing employees, reducing turnover while strengthening long-term workforce pipelines.

Apprenticely partners with manufacturers to design and manage Registered Apprenticeship programs—helping you build, train, and retain the talent your business depends on.

Talent Acquisition Services

Apprenticely’s Talent Acquisition Team continually reviews candidates in our ever-growing pipeline of diverse talent. After initial screenings and assessments, our TA Team works with corporate hiring managers to match potential IT candidates and company culture.

Customized Classroom Training

From our network of experts, Apprenticely will identify the training partner providing the right curriculum to teach the required skills for each specific IT occupation. Additional customization in the curriculum allows each company to introduce its own processes and IT tools “the company way.”

Project Management

The Apprenticely Project Management Office (PMO) will join your team’s efforts and guide the implementation process, ensuring all key components are in place for a successful apprenticeship program. The PMO team will be there for implementation from day one through the completion of the program and will handle paperwork with the Department of Labor.

Hear From Employers

“It just makes sense. It’s a great way to upskill people—to give them the proper tools and skills training that they need to not only be successful and continue to add value to the organization, but it also makes the person feel like they’ve achieved something so great.” KC Capers, Senior Manager of Training and Culture, Riceland Foods

“Apprenticely has been instrumental in our ability to quickly develop and implement the first and currently only machinist apprenticeship program in the state of Arkansas. In an era when support for the machinist trade is often localized to the larger population areas, the Apprenticely staff have provided the critical support we needed to get this program started in our area.” Jason Duke, Highland Machine Works

“We want to bring people in at the production support level and then move them up to the machine operator position pretty quickly. It really works with Apprenticely.” Stacy Ash, Production Control Manager, Outdoor Cap
