This event, co-hosted by Women In Tech NWA and Apprenticely, is designed to help InnovateHER participants connect with employers to build connections within the IT space, and learn from leaders about industry insights in Northwest Arkansas. This group includes a blend of participants looking for new job opportunities and currently employed individuals looking to expand their network.

Employers will receive all participant resumes in advance, but participants are encouraged to bring paper copies as well.
For parking: Turn left on W Cass Hough Drive, and continue traveling until you reach the Beaver Lake Aviation building. Parking varies so arrive early!
The InnovateHER Technology Rotation Program’s mission is to empower women in technology through a dynamic rotation education program designed to cultivate diverse skill sets, foster leadership capabilities, and accelerate career advancement through four tracks: Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, Product & Project Management, and Cybersecurity. We are committed to providing immersive learning experiences, mentorship opportunities, and professional development resources that enable women to thrive in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
