Workforce Solutions For Healthcare
Hire, Train, & Retain Quality Candidates
Hospitals and health systems face growing pressure to fill staffing gaps, retain talent, and deliver high-quality care. Apprenticeships offer a strategic solution by combining paid, on-the-job training with formal education, helping organizations build a pipeline of skilled workers for specialized—not just entry-level—roles. They also offer a cost-effective succession planning strategy: to upskill current staff rather than relying solely on external hires.
Apprenticeships support career advancement across clinical areas. For example, someone in an ICU role could train into a cath lab role through a structured apprenticeship. Roles like these exist throughout healthcare—in the ER, labor and delivery, ICU, outpatient clinics, and surgical suites—making apprenticeships a smart, scalable workforce strategy.
Apprenticely partners with healthcare providers to develop and launch their own Registered Apprenticeship Program to successfully build, train, and retain their team—both existing team members and new hires. Let Apprenticely’s proven model help your organization reach its goals.
Talent Acquisition Services
Apprenticely’s Talent Acquisition Team continually reviews candidates in our ever-growing pipeline of diverse talent. After initial screenings and assessments, our TA Team works with corporate hiring managers to match potential IT candidates and company culture.
Customized Classroom Training
From our network of experts, Apprenticely will identify the training partner providing the right curriculum to teach the required skills for each specific IT occupation. Additional customization in the curriculum allows each company to introduce its own processes and IT tools “the company way.”
Project Management
The Apprenticely Project Management Office (PMO) will join your team’s efforts and guide the implementation process, ensuring all key components are in place for a successful apprenticeship program. The PMO team will be there for implementation from day one through the completion of the program and will handle paperwork with the Department of Labor.

Hear From Employers
“We are grateful to our Apprenticely partners! With their support, we will help grow careers, change lives, and create future “Champions for Children!” Crystal Kohanke, HR Executive, Arkansas Children’s Hospital
“UAMS has worked with Apprenticely in the past on pharmacy tech and recently, the midwifery program that’s getting started and some of the specialty positions. We’re looking at creating specializations on top of broader positions like the community health worker roles. We’re very excited about the program. We’re also working with Apprenticely on a PMP apprenticeship program for our public health employees who haven’t had the training in project management.” Lisa Fury-Smith, ED, Business Operations, Institute for Community Health Innovation, University of Arkansas Medical Sciences (UAMS)
