Women leaders in corporate America, and especially, Latinas face a significant decline in representation from entry-level positions to the C-suite, making them the most underrepresented group in top corporate leadership roles. Despite their high ambition and commitment to advancement, only 1% of C-suite executives are Latina. This panel features intersectional leaders—women, men, and advocates—dedicated to advancing women in their careers.
