Diverse representation is an important element for ensuring that apprenticeship programs’ outreach, engagement, and recruitment efforts reach their goals.
Join us for a discussion of lessons learned and promising practices for attracting and retaining diverse apprentices. The panel will explore,
- the importance of inclusive and diverse representation in apprenticeship programs;
- the valuable perspectives of apprenticeship programs in the healthcare and IT and data analytics fields, and;
- strategies for driving meaningful change in apprenticeship recruitment and retention.
